    Job Title: General Manager - Sales & Business Development (B2B)
    Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented General Manager - Sales & Business Development to lead and drive business growth in the B2B segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for devising sales strategies, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets through effective team leadership and strategic partnerships.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Sales Strategy & Planning:

    Develop and implement comprehensive B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
    Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand the company's footprint.
    Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to stay ahead in the industry.
    Business Development:

    Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
    Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with B2B clients.
    Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and retention strategies.
    Team Leadership & Management:

    Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship and performance oversight.
    Set clear sales goals and KPIs to monitor and evaluate team performance.
    Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
    Client Relationship Management:

    Develop long-term relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services/products to clients.
    Address client concerns and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
    Financial & Reporting:

    Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
    Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability analysis.
    Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
    Key Requirements:
    Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    Experience:

    10+ years of experience in B2B sales and business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
    Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    Experience in handling large corporate accounts and government clients is a plus.
    Skills:

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
    Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to sales.
    Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
