Job Description
- Voice Process: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, provide exceptional service, and resolve customer queries.
- Non-Voice Process: Support customers through email, chat, or social media, ensuring a seamless experience.
- HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) (Freshers or with experience)
- Graduate (Freshers or with experience)
- Strong communication skills (English proficiency is a must)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset

Location:- Mumbai (Malad, Chandivali, Thane, Airoli)
Salary:- Up to 35,000 in hand (based on experience, communication skills, and performance)
Shifts:- US, UK, and AUS shifts available
Work Schedule:- 5 days working with 2 rotational week offs
