Opportunity is permanent work from home.

Experience: 06 months to 1.5 years in Non-IT recruitment (Domestic recruitment only)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms
- Conduct initial interviews and collaborate with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs
