JOB POSITION : HR RECRUITER (FRESHERS / PAID INTERNSHIP)

SALARY : 12K - 15K + INCENTIVE

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Calling agents and candidates for the client Requirements
• Sending the updated requirements to the agents.
• Screening the Cvs and shortlisting as per the client Requirements.
• Building a strong candidate pipeline for the companys current and future workforce needs. 
• Assessing and updating an organizations talent information and potential requirements. 
• Framing and implementing effective sourcing strategies by collaborating with the recruitment team.
