Job Overvie wWe are seeking a CRM Technical Consultant at a mid-level position to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time role that demands a high level of expertise in CRM systems, focusing on delivering top-tier solutions for our clients. The consultant will leverage technical skills to implement, customize, and support CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives . Qualifications and Skil lsCore ABAP [All RICEF subjects included ].Hands-on experience in Web-Dynpr o.Desirable experience in ALE-Idocs and Workflo w.Desirable experience in CDS views, AMDP, and Odata service s.Experience in migration project from ECC to S/4 HANA highly preferre d.Minimum 5+ years of experience mandate d. Roles and Responsibilit iesDesign and implement CRM technical solutions to meet client business requirements effective ly.Customize CRM systems through programming and integration with other enterprise applicatio ns.Perform thorough testing of CRM solutions to ensure functionality and user acceptan ce.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions for various automotive clien ts.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operatio ns.Actively participate in client meetings to understand their needs and suggest enhancemen ts.Maintain up-to-date documentation of CRM configurations and enhancemen ts.Continuously improve CRM systems by incorporating new technologies and methodologi es.,
