Job Description
- The Customer Success Fusion Application Technology Instructor is a self-motivated professional who utilizes their expertise to support Oracle University products. You will curate online subscription material, teach, develop, and record training content. An eagerness to learn technology is essential to support and deliver training using modern learning techniques in a fast-paced market and environment. You will bring: - Passion for training and sharing knowledge! - 6+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Fusion applications in a technical capacity - Practical knowledge and consulting field experience with various Technologies related to Oracle Fusion - Deep Understanding of Oracle Fusion Technical concepts - Experience in Visual Builder Studio (VBS) for Configuring and extending Oracle Cloud Applications - Knowledge of Fusion Redwood Design Systems, Redwood App Creation, and Tools like Page Templates, Components, Forms & Layouts, Collections, Analytics, and Accessibility - Understanding of Fusion Integrations with other applications/systems, including knowledge of connectors and APIs The ideal candidate will also possess experience in Web Development technology, tools, and methods, including: - Familiarity with web development concepts such as HTML5 and Basic JavaScript syntax - Proficiency in using CSS3 for web page design and control - Experience using GUI frameworks for building web page interfaces - Basic knowledge of REST, standard HTML operations, JSON, Endpoints, headers, and parameters - Fundamental Database knowledge including Oracle Database, Tables, columns, Keys, and basic ERD concepts You should have a unique combination of a sharp technical brain and a passion for education and learning. Utilize this combination to assist customers in achieving real-world success with the products. Additionally, we seek: - An experienced consulting professional well-versed in solutions, industry best practices, and various business processes or technology designs - Ability to independently deliver quality work products to engagements - Strong communication skills and technical expertise relevant to practice focus - Capability to develop, review, and deliver cloud content and hands-on labs for Oracle Cloud Services - Proficiency in creating and maintaining training content including Curriculum, Audio, and Video Assets - Comfortable executing in complex customer environments and applying Oracle methodology and leading practices - Effective consultation with customer management and participation in business development activities - Experience conversing with customer key users and senior executives, understanding business needs, project situations, and balancing conflicting requirements - Exposure to managing customer C-level executives, building rapport with team members and clients, and possessing excellent analytical and decision-making skills - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with an excellent work ethic and strong team player mindset - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-energy, and intense work environment - Willingness to undertake some travel (25%),
