In this role, you'll be responsible for monetizing our homeowner base, delivering a premium sales experience, and collaborating with multiple agencies and partners to drive exceptional results. We Want To Work With You If You Have 5 to 10 years of experience managing large sales teams and improving sales productivity Are data-driven, using insights to optimize processes and deliver results Excel in providing a premium and high-quality sales experience to homeowners Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a go-getter attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Supervision: Manage a team of telesales agents, ensuring they meet performance goals and adhere to company policies. Sales Performance Management: Monitor and report on sales metrics, including conversion rates, sales volume, and customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities to improve performance and implement corrective actions when necessary. Training & Development: Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of telesales agents to enhance skill levels and promote career progression. Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with the Telesales Operations Manager to improve workflows, optimize call scripts, and streamline processes. Quality Assurance: Oversee call quality and ensure that agents comply with company standards, including product knowledge, customer service, and compliance regulations. Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze performance data, prepare reports for senior management, and provide actionable insights for operational improvements. Customer Experience Focus: Ensure that the telesales team provides a positive and professional customer experience while handling inquiries and resolving issues. Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies within the telesales process and recommend solutions to enhance operational performance.
