Meeting the penetration percentage targets of HDFC products along with achieving the GWP (Gross Written Premium) and market share targets decided by the company
Cross-selling of products to maximize the profit
Regular interaction and co-ordination with the line managers, channel partners, Third-Party Team (TPT), Area sales manager, Business Development Representatives (BDR) and other sales managers of the bank
Connecting with the various teams including the operations and sales team of HDFC ERGO for any claim related settlements
Providing the required training to the Business Development Representatives
Achieving the daily target of 10 calls and reporting the work daily through on-call (huddles)
Containing required product knowledge and ready to travel minimum 2 to 3 days weekly
