Job Description
- Source profiles from various job portals and proactively engage with potential candidates through cold calling.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
- Schedule interviews and facilitate the entire interview process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
- Conduct salary negotiations with selected candidates while maintaining internal compensation structures.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and track recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with expertise in sourcing and screening candidates.
- Strong understanding of various job portals and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in US healthcare recruitment and consultancy hiring is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes efficiently.
