Role Description

The Graduate Engineer Trainee will be part of a global service team focused on supporting customers and internal teams in selecting and troubleshooting automation solutions. The role emphasizes technical support, cross-referencing competitor products with Festos offerings, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Our requirements

• A recent graduate with bachelors degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics engineering
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Technical Proficiency in Industrial Automation, Electric Automation, Process Automation
• High level of motivation and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
