Sr. Engineer/ Assistant manager- Maintenance @ Rapid Engineering Co

Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

1. PLC Programming: Proficient in Siemens PLC programming.

2. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with AC drives, sensors, gearboxes, pneumatics, mechanical and electrical systems.

3. Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.

4. Planning and Scheduling: Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive maintenance and corrective actions for machinery and equipment.

5. Quality and Improvement: Knowledge of 5S, ISO 9001:2015, root cause analysis, breakdown analysis, and Kaizen.

6. Equipment Expertise: Familiarity with DG maintenance, cooling towers, chillers, extruders, compressors, and lifts.

7. Software Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

8. Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and procedures.

9. Procurement: Responsible for spare parts planning and procurement.
