Job Description
As a Senior Content Writer you will:
- Develop and review content for blogs, websites, ad campaigns, pre-sales, and marketing collaterals (e.g., brochures, flyers).
- Create internal and external communication materials, such as case studies, white papers, and press releases.
- Manage content for social media to enhance brand presence under guidance.
- Collaborate with senior management on digital marketing strategies.
- Work with delivery and sales teams to represent key solutions on digital platforms like websites and social media.
- Contribute to organic brand-building activities when needed.
- Research and understand Salesforce products and current industry trends.
- Identify key topics being discussed within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Incorporate review feedback into content and provide regular status updates to the Reporting Authority.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance workflows.
- Comply with information security policies and report any issues.
Skills Required:
- 5+ years of experience in content writing or a related role.
- Proficiency in writing both short-form and long-form content.
- Ability to distinguish between B2B and B2C audiences and tailor content accordingly.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
- Expert-level knowledge of English grammar, usage, and nuances.
- Affinity for technology and the ability to work with technical subjects.
