• CRM Campaign Developments
• Acquisition Developments
• Develops Communication Journey maps In Marketing Cloud
• Executes Marketing campaigns and promotions
• Collaborates with sales, marketing, and customer service teams for Campaign testing & deployment
• Tracks customer engagement and satisfaction
• Incremental Revenue calculation
