Job Description
- Architect and implement Salesforce Media Cloud solutions for content, advertising, and subscription management.
- Design and optimize OmniStudio, FlexCards, and DataRaptors for media workflows.
- Integrate Salesforce Media Cloud with ad platforms, content delivery systems, and customer engagement tools .
- Develop custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) and scalable Apex solutions.
- Ensure seamless integrations with external media, subscription, and CRM systems via APIs.
- Define security best practices for data privacy, compliance, and access control in media organizations.
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience , with at least 2+ years in Media Cloud .
- Strong experience in OmniStudio, Vlocity Industry Cloud, and declarative development .
- Hands-on expertise with Apex, LWC, and SOQL .
- Deep understanding of advertising sales workflows, digital subscriptions, and content management .
- Experience with REST, SOAP, and streaming APIs for real-time integrations.
- Knowledge of CDP (Customer Data Platform) , AdTech , and OTT streaming solutions is a plus.
- Lead Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) implementations for customer data unification and personalization .
- Design data ingestion, transformation, and identity resolution processes for cross-cloud connectivity.
- Ensure seamless integration of Data Cloud with Sales, Service, Marketing, and Commerce Clouds .
- Define best practices for data governance, security, and compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) .
- Implement AI-driven insights and predictive analytics using Einstein .
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience , with 2+ years specializing in Data Cloud/CDP .
- Expertise in Data Modeling, Data Lakes, ETL tools, and Big Data technologies .
- Strong experience with APIs, event-driven architectures, and real-time data processing .
- Hands-on experience with SQL, SOQL, and data pipelines .
- Knowledge of MuleSoft, Snowflake, AWS, or Google BigQuery is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Shield and data encryption mechanisms .
- Architect and optimize Salesforce CPQ solutions for complex pricing, bundling, and quoting workflows.
- Define product catalog structures, pricing rules, and approval processes .
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, and RevOps teams to streamline the quote-to-cash cycle.
- Integrate CPQ with Billing, ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite), and third-party pricing engines .
- Ensure compliance with regional pricing regulations and revenue recognition standards .
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience , with 3+ years in Salesforce CPQ .
- Deep knowledge of product rules, price rules, quote templates, and approval workflows .
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Flow, and advanced configuration of CPQ solutions .
- Experience with CPQ integrations to ERP and billing systems .
- Strong understanding of Advanced Approvals, Multi-Dimensional Quoting, and Revenue Cloud .
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is a plus.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect / Technical Architect preferred.
- Experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations .
- Strong communication skills to work with stakeholders and development teams.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, SFDX, Git, and DevOps best practices .
- Expertise in Salesforce security, governor limits, and optimization strategies .
