Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Calling: Handle inbound calls and provide information about Unacademy s products and services.
- Lead Conversion: Convert inquiries into sales by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Unacademy s offerings and industry trends.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with potential customers, answer their questions, and guide them through the sales process.
- Achieve Targets: Strive to meet and exceed monthly sales conversion targets.
- CRM Management: Accurately record customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience: Freshers are welcome; no prior experience is required.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
