We are looking for a self-motivated Branch Collection Manager to independently manage collections for our Personal Loan/Business Loan portfolio. The ideal candidate should possess strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of personal and business loan products. Key responsibilities include managing delinquency, developing effective collection strategies, and ensuring compliance. Prior experience in collections and the ability to work independently are essential.
