Job Description
- Drive and achieve targets of your territory for the unsecured loan, Vehicle loan business and other products.
- Coordinate with Feet on Street (FOS) employees to achieve the target.
- Ensure regular meeting with FOS along with their visit plan & revenue generation.
- Monitor the overall performance of the FOS structure associated with the product assigned to them and manage performance effectively.
- Ensure the optimal allocation of budgeted resources at all times.
- Maintain productivity targets as agreed in line with address non-performing FOS executives.
- Develop and oversee the training and development of FOS staff.
- Establish lead management targets and standards to optimize sales conversion.
- Manage performance metrics for the FOS team and ensure compliance with set standards.
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Decision-making skills
