AiR Institute Of Realization is seeking a Human Resource professional with 4 to 6 years of experience to join their team. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. Proven experience as an HR professional, preferably in a mid-level role. In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. Strong understanding of recruitment and selection techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle employee relations issues with sensitivity and confidentiality. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Roles And Responsibilities Manage the entire recruitment and selection process, including job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Manage employee relations, including handling employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs. Develop and implement employee performance management programs, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and employee development plans. Manage and resolve employee conflicts and promote a positive work environment. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent. Maintain employee records and HR databases. Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support organizational goals.,
