1.24/7 Roster work environment, predominantly night shifts
2.One year of relevant experience
3. Okta experience (Basics)
4.Active Directory experience (Fundamentals with hands-on experience)
5.O365 Admin Console experience (Fundamentals with hands-on experience)
6.Knowledge of PowerShell scripts (Fundamentals with hands-on experience)
7.IT Ticketing tool experience
8.Good Written Verbal Communication Skills (Non-voice process)
9.Advanced Customer Service Interpersonal Skills to work serve multicultural clients customers
