Designation: Assistant Vice President Updated: January 30, 2025 Location: Gujarat, India Organization: Chemicals Job Description: Key Responsibility - Collaborate with the Lubrizol JV partner to absorb and implement technologies and best practises Monitoring plant operation data, analysing against standard procedures, making presentations & leading Lubrizol review processes. Coordination with Lubrizol technology and R&D team for continuous improvement & change management Manage production and maintenance of the plant by evolving annual budget for utilization and ensuring achieving of the result Product Scaleup and give input to Product Improvements Ensure quality of the product so as to meet customer requirements Establish & ensure implementation of maintenance systems and controls for maximum availability of the plant Product Quality, Preventive Maintenance, 5S, Continuous Improvement Identify and Execute Expansion Projects Safety and Compliances as per ABG standard and relevant regulations Collaborate with support functions like Finance, Commercial, HR, Administration, Security & IT. Requirements - Degree in Chemical Engineering Mandatory* Experience - 18 + Years, having experience of polymer Industry. MNC exposure preferred 8-10 years experience in People Leadership in Manufacturing Experience in Operations, Quality Process, Logistic, Safety, and environment Qualifications: Master of Chemical Engineering,Bachelor of Chem Engineering Minimum Experience Level: 18-22 Years Report to: President,
