Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AEM support engineering and AEM authoring along with domain experience in Property & Casualty Insurance Life and Annuities Insurance and Finance & Accounting. This role involves leading technical projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and contributing to the companys mission of providing exceptional service and innovative solutions. Responsibilities Lead the technical team in developing and maintaining AEM solutions to meet business requirements. Oversee the implementation of AEM authoring and support engineering tasks to ensure seamless operations. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster their professional growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that align with business goals. Ensure the quality and performance of AEM applications through rigorous testing and optimization. Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AEM applications in a timely manner. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve AEM solutions. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights for project planning. Implement best practices for AEM development and deployment to ensure scalability and reliability. Monitor and report on project progress addressing any risks or issues that may arise. Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering high-quality solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. Impact society by providing innovative solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of insurance and finance operations. Qualifications Possess a strong background in AEM support engineering and AEM authoring. Have domain expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance Life and Annuities Insurance and Finance & Accounting. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Exhibit strong leadership and mentorship abilities to guide junior team members. Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation. Display a commitment to staying updated with industry trends and technologies.,
