Assistant Manager / Manager Data Analyst Job @ Aventior Digital

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities 1. Data Analytics and Reporting: Conduct comprehensive data analysis using statistical techniques and advanced algorithms. Develop, maintain, and improve reporting systems and dashboards to support business operations. 2. Machine Learning and Predictive Modelling: Design and implement machine-learning models to predict outcomes and enhance decision-making. Validate and refine models to ensure accuracy and reliability. Apply predictive analytics to solve business challenges and optimize processes. 3. Team Leadership and Development: Lead a team of data analysts and data scientists, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities. Oversee daily operations of the team, ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are met. 4. Data Management and Integrity: Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across all data sources. Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to develop and maintain robust data infrastructure. Implement best practices for data governance and compliance with relevant regulations. 5. Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Partner with business units to identify data needs and deliver solutions that drive business value. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders. 6. Project Management: Manage multiple data projects simultaneously, from inception to completion. Skill Sets Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SAS) and programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL, Django, Pandas, numpy, tensor flow). Experience with data visualization tools Power BI. Preferred Skillset Experience with big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). Knowledge of cloud computing services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
