Job Title: Python Backend Lead Skills: Python, Django, AWS, Docker Experience: 7-12 Years Location: Hyderabad Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years in software engineering with a focus on backend technologies and system architecture. Core Skills: Expertise in Python/Django, Node.js Strong SQL/PLSQL experience, including legacy database migration. Proficiency in AWS Cloud Services, Docker, and Kubernetes for scalable deployments. Experience with GraphQL, OpenAPI (Swagger), and event-driven architectures using Kafka/RabbitMQ. Additional Skills: Strong grasp of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern design patterns for scalable systems. Collaborative mindset to partner with product owners, UI/UX teams, and engineering leads for timely delivery. Ability to mentor junior team members and resolve complex technical issues. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Proactive and results-oriented with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.,
