We are seeking a skilled and experienced .NET Operations Specialist to oversee monitoring, and support of .NET applications in a production environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET technologies, operational support, and system troubleshooting, with a focus on ensuring system reliability and performance. Key Responsibilities Application Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor the health, performance, and reliability of .NET applications. Identify and resolve system errors, performance issues, and other operational bottlenecks. Configuration Management: Ensure proper configuration and optimization of .NET applications for scalability and reliability. Incident Management: Respond to production incidents, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution. Document root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive measures for future mitigation. Operational Support: Provide day-to-day operational support for .NET applications and services. Collaborate with development and QA teams to address defects and deployment challenges. System Optimization: Identify opportunities for performance improvements and automation of repetitive operational tasks. Suggest and implement tools and scripts to streamline operations. Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps, Infrastructure, and Security teams to ensure seamless application delivery. Provide support during application upgrades, migrations, and patches. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides. Generate and present operational performance reports. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in .NET framework and .NET Core , .NET 4.5 Framework Knowledge of web technologies like ASP.NET, MVC, and Web APIs. Familiarity with SQL Server and database operations. Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., AppDynamics, New Relic, or equivalent). Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Operational Expertise: Hands-on experience in application deployment pipelines (CI/CD). Knowledge of ITIL practices and incident management frameworks. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,
