Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Enterprise Resource Planning Implementation Consultant located in Delhi, India. The Consultant will be responsible for business process analysis, ERP implementations, and finance-related tasks associated with implementing and supporting Shivit's ERP solutions. Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced ERP Coordinator and Implementation Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in various ERP modules and be responsible for onsite and online ERP implementation, client communication, testing, documentation, and requirement gathering. Key Responsibilities: ERP Implementation: Lead and manage ERP implementation projects both onsite and online. Ensure successful deployment of ERP systems according to client requirements. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process. Maintain regular communication to understand and address client needs and concerns. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of ERP systems to ensure functionality and performance. Identify and resolve any issues or bugs in the system. Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of ERP implementations. Create user manuals and training materials for end-users. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements. Translate client requirements into functional specifications for the ERP system. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on experience in ERP modules including Purchase, Inventory, Warehousing, Manufacturing, and CRM. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ERP systems and their functionalities. Proficiency in ERP implementation methodologies and best practices. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
