JOB DESCRIPTION

 Hi, we are hiring for a leading company in " GURGAON" Location.

Designation :- Sr. Customer care executive/ Customer care executiive

• BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

1. Very good communication in English.
2. Both Graduate and undergraduate can be considered.
3. Should be a nearby resident for easy commutation / reach & shift flexibility.
4. Fresher or Previous experience in a customer support role will be an added advantage.
5. Should have very good reasoning & logical approach towards the customer centric activities (as process requires logical people to analyse the situation & respond accordingly).
6. Should have flair for excellent customer service & its importance.
7. Candidate must have computer knowledge and familiar with MS office (Excel / Word / Power point).
8. Candidate must flexible for 12/7 or 24/7,as per the process requirement.
9. Typing speed should be 30WPM with 90% accuracy.(for Chat campaign)
