We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team. As a Voice Process Executive, you will handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers, providing prompt and effective solutions related to products, services, or technical issues.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or global accent preferred).
Minimum [6 months / 1 year] experience in an international voice process (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Flexibility to work in night shifts and rotational shifts, including weekends.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer operations.
Educational Qualification: High School Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
