Job Role : AWS Support Engineer Location : Chennai Skills: AWS Python Redshift L1/L2 Support SQL Spark We are seeking a dedicated L1 Support Engineer to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to monitor and support application workflows, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance. Key responsibilities include: Monitoring jobs, application flow and connectivity Retriggering jobs and managing Airflow orchestration Using CloudWatch for monitoring and AWS Push for notifications Transferring tickets and communicating with source systems in case of database downtime or connection timeouts Applying basic SQL and Spark processing skills for troubleshooting and data handling Utilizing AWS Glue and Redshift for data processing Qualifications: Experience with AWS Glue, Redshift, and Airflow Proficiency in SQL and Spark processing Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with source systems,
