Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Location: Kolkata, Salt Lake Sec 5

Salary: 14,000 + Performance Based Incentives

Mandatory Requirement: Bike Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

 1.Loan Origination and Processing:

Assess client needs and recommend suitable loan products.                                                                                                            Review and analyze financial statements, credit reports, and loan applications.                                                                                  Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan documentation.

2. Client Relationship Management:                                                                                                                                                      Build and maintain strong client relationships.                                                                                                                                        Provide financial advice and guidance to business clients.                                                                                                                Conduct site visits and follow up on loan disbursement and repayment.

3. Risk Assessment and Compliance:                                                                                                                                            Evaluate creditworthiness and financial risk.                                                                                                                                  Ensure compliance with lending regulations and internal policies.                                                                                                  Maintain accurate records of client interactions and loan transactions. 

4. Sales and Business Development:                                                                                                                                                      Achieve individual and team sales targets.                                                                                                                                      Develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals.                                                                                          Collaborate with other departments for cross-selling financial products.
