Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert prospects into clients

• Pitch services and handle objections effectively

• Manage client relationships and follow-ups

• Conduct local market research and reporting

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (Hindi/Bengali, basic English)

• Field sales experience preferred

• Local market knowledge (Kolkata)

• Customer-first attitude, adaptability, and problem-solving skills

• Basic digital literacy (smartphone, apps, etc.)

• Two-wheeler is a plus

• Minimum 10+2; graduates preferred
