Key Responsibilities:

 

• Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify and approach potential customers for personal loans through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
  • Generate leads through local marketing, community events, and references.

• Sales & Target Achievement:

  • Explain the features and benefits of personal loan products to customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct on-the-spot eligibility checks and assist customers in the loan application process.

• Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Address customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• Documentation & Compliance:

  • Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
