    • Responsibilities for test manager:
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Software Quality Process Lead & Auditor to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining standardized testing processes, methodologies, and best practices within clients Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE).
  • This role involves implementing and overseeing quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with established processes, as well as identifying areas for process improvements and efficiency gains in testing activities.
  • Proven experience in software quality assurance, process management, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of testing processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience in implementing and overseeing quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with established processes and standards.
  • Ability to identify areas for process improvements and efficiency gains, and to drive implementation of enhancements.
  • Knowledge of relevant standards, regulations, and compliance requirements, such as ISO standards and industry specific regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
