• Managing insurance sales achievements through Business Associates (BA).
• Recruiting Business Associates and developing agents on a commission basis.
• Supervising agents activity plans and ensuring they meet desired targets.
• Conducting weekly performance reviews with agents and updating the Sales Management System.
• Promoting career progression programs for agents.
• Encouraging agents to use the Agent Portal and CRM for customer management and cross-selling products.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
• Must have entrepreneurial focus, drive for results, and maturity.
• High confidence and good communication skills.
• Stable career history.
• Well-networked in the local area with an understanding of the market.
