Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain customer-related information such as complaints, questionnaires, and other requirements (MSDS, FDA samples).
2. Prepare BIS-related documentation.
3. Investigate customer complaints, prepare reports, and maintain complaint trends.
4. Provide accurate and timely reports, recommendations, and information to stakeholders and management.
5. Collect customer feedback and maintain the customer satisfaction index.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in internal & external audits to ensure 100% compliance.
7. Conduct internal audits, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
8. Ensure proper evaluation, monitoring, and documentation of all changes as per SOP.
9. Ensure all PRPs, OPRPs, and GMP practices are implemented, monitored, and recorded.
10. Conduct and supervise IPQA activities at all manufacturing and packaging stages until dispatch.
11. Handle OOS cases, prepare root cause and corrective action reports, and maintain monthly trends.
12. Supervise and maintain deviation records as per procedures.
13. Monitor hygiene and GMP practices across the plant.
14. Review dispatch plans, check product quality and customer requirements to ensure compliance before product release.
15. Manage "On Hold" and "Rejected" product programs including release and destruction processes.
16. Coordinate with Global QA and manufacturing teams for tech transfers and ensure quality compliance of outsourced processes.
