Job Description

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Social Media Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to drive brand awareness, student engagement, and lead generation.
    • Manage and grow Admitixs presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
    • Optimize content calendars, posting schedules, and engagement plans to maintain consistency.
    • Stay updated with trending topics, viral content, and emerging social media trends to keep Admitix relevant and engaging.
    1. Content Creation & Branding
    • Create high-quality, engaging, and shareable content, including reels, videos, carousels, memes, and infographics.
    • Develop interactive campaigns, including quizzes, challenges, giveaways, and user-generated content strategies.
    • Collaborate with designers and video editors to bring creative storytelling to life.
    • Maintain a strong and cohesive brand voice across all digital platforms.
    1. Community Management & Engagement
    • Engage with students, influencers, and study-abroad aspirants through comments, DMs, and discussions.
    • Build and manage WhatsApp, and Facebook communities to nurture an active student base.
    • Respond to queries, feedback, and concerns, ensuring a positive brand experience.
    • Work with student influencers and brand ambassadors to boost engagement and authenticity.
    1. Performance Tracking & Analytics
    • Track and analyze social media engagement, growth, and conversion metrics.
    • Use Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other social listening tools to monitor campaign effectiveness.
    • Identify data-driven insights to optimize content strategies and improve ROI.
    • Generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable recommendations.
    1. Paid Social Campaigns & Growth Hacking
    • Assist in executing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube ads to drive targeted engagement and student conversions.
    • Implement growth techniques, including influencer collaborations, viral marketing, and community-driven content.
    • Experiment with A/B testing to refine ad creatives, captions, and audience targeting.

    Requirements

    Must-Have Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in managing social media for a brand or agency.
    • Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, Facebook funnels and LinkedIn marketing.
    • Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling captions and engaging posts.
    • Hands-on experience with social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
    • Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in the study abroad, EdTech, or education industry.
    • Knowledge of SEO and digital content optimization for social platforms.
    • Familiarity with video editing tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or CapCut.
    • Experience in influencer marketing and student ambassador programs.
