- Job Overview: Kale Logistics, a leading software SaaS product-based firm, is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Technology Architect specializing in technical architecture to lead our technical engineering practice. This pivotal role involves overseeing and optimizing the technical architecture of our software products, driving innovation, and ensuring exceptional user experiences. As a key leader in our organization, the Technology Architect will play a crucial role in enhancing the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of our solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the testing efforts for new and existing products, ensuring comprehensive test coverage. Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases based on product requirements and specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality products. Identify, document, and track defects, providing clear and detailed bug reports to the development team. Perform both manual and automated testing, utilizing industry-standard tools and frameworks. Conduct performance, regression, API and usability testing to identify areas for improvement. Mentor and guide junior testing engineers, providing technical expertise and promoting best practices in testing. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA team. Be part of the Scrum team that works along with Developers. Qualifications: ISTQB certification or similar Required Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on product testing. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Proficiency in using testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium and API automation tools. Experience with both manual and automated testing. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience working in Agile environment. Creating acceptance criteria for User stories.,
