JOB DESCRIPTION Division Digital Enterprise (DE) Department-Analytics Centre of Excellence (ACE) Job Location-Gurgaon Job Role-Market Research Analyst Level in the organization-Assistant/Deputy Manager Educational Qualification-"Graduation (With Specialization): "Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or equivalent "Post Graduation(With Specialization): " "Any Other Work Experience (Years) 3-7 yrs Job Responsibilities: " Conduct thorough research using surveys, interviews, and data analysis tools. Gather data on consumers, competitors, and market trends. Interpret trends and provide actionable insights. Understand business objectives and design surveys to uncover prospective customers preferences. Analyze statistical data to identify market trends and consumer demographics. Independently analyze qualitative data, assess strategies, and evaluate competition. Identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decisions. Collaborate with software engineers to build and integrate AI/ML and Generative AI models into production systems Should be able to take complete ownership of the assigned project Experience of working in Agile environments Well versed with JIRA or equivalent project tracking tool" Competencies / Skills: " Demonstrated working experience as a Market Research Analyst Knowledge of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and product research. Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications. Familiarity with statistical technologies (e.g., MATLAB, Python). Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and packages. Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills. Ability to convey complex financial insights clearly Great communication and collaboration skills.",
