Executive Support: Manage CEOs calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Communication: Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
Administrative Tasks: Draft reports, manage documents, and track expenses.
Project Assistance: Support key initiatives and provide research when needed.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus.
Experience: Relevant experience in an executive support role, preferably in hospitality but not restricted to same
Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills; proficiency in MS Office.
