Manage and maintain the Directors schedule, appointments, and travel plans
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and presentations
Accompany the Director for meetings, conferences, and official visits across India
Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion
Prepare reports, memos, presentations, and correspondence
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
Maintain records and filing systems for easy access and retrieval
Manage communication including phone calls, emails, and follow-ups
Ensure all logistics (accommodation, transport, meeting venues) are arranged during travel
Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to travel frequently within India and work flexible hours when required
Bachelors degree preferred
