Job Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain the Directors schedule, appointments, and travel plans

    • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and presentations

    • Accompany the Director for meetings, conferences, and official visits across India

    • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion

    • Prepare reports, memos, presentations, and correspondence

    • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders

    • Maintain records and filing systems for easy access and retrieval

    • Manage communication including phone calls, emails, and follow-ups

    • Ensure all logistics (accommodation, transport, meeting venues) are arranged during travel

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

    • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills

    • Ability to travel frequently within India and work flexible hours when required

    • Bachelors degree preferred
