Job Description: Responsibilities: Lead the Quality Engineering (E) team in testing native/cross-platform Android and iOS applications. Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for mobile applications. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for mobile applications using industry-standard tools and frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and designers to ensure high-quality releases. Conduct manual and automated testing to identify, document, and track defects. Mentor and guide junior E team members, providing technical leadership and support. Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile testing and automation. Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 6years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in mobile testing. Strong experience in testing native/cross-platform Android and iOS applications. Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Play wright, Appium or similar. Solid understanding of mobile application development and testing lifecycle. Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment(CI/CD) pipelines. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with performance and security testing for mobile applications. Knowledge of Flutter SDK. Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTB) is a plus,
