Job Summary:

As an Individual Relationship Officer (IRO), you will be responsible for generating and managing personal loan sales, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. You will work closely with individual clients to understand their financial needs and provide customized loan solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a deep understanding of personal loan products.




Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation & Target Achievement:

  • Actively source and acquire new clients for personal loan products through various channels, including referrals, direct sales, and marketing initiatives.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
