Job Description

    • Key Responsibilities
      1. Client Acquisition and Onboarding:
        • Identify and acquire new clients for equity trading and investment services.
        • Build a strong network to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
        • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all documentation and KYC compliance are completed efficiently.
      1. Client Relationship Management:
        • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
        • Understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment needs to provide tailored equity market solutions.
        • Regularly engage with clients to review their portfolios and suggest adjustments based on market trends.
      1. Equity Market Advisory and Execution:
        • Provide clients with expert advice on equity investments, market opportunities, and trading strategies.
        • Ensure timely execution of buy/sell orders and provide updates on market conditions.
        • Suggest additional financial products such as mutual funds, bonds, and derivatives to diversify client portfolios.
      1. Revenue Generation:
        • Achieve individual revenue targets through equity broking revenue, Value added schemes and third party product sales.
        • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for other financial products and services.
        • Monitor and ensure high client activity levels to meet brokerage revenue goals.
      1. Market Awareness and Research:
        • Stay updated on equity market trends, macroeconomic developments, and corporate actions.
        • Share insights with clients and proactively guide them on portfolio strategies.
        • Provide inputs for market reports and assist in developing investment strategies for the team.
      1. Compliance and Risk Management:
        • Ensure all client transactions adhere to regulatory norms (SEBI, NSE/BSE, etc.).
        • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and trading activities for audit purposes.
        • Educate clients about market risks and ensure they invest within their risk appetite.
    • This position reports to Branch Manager/ Cluster Head
    • Academic requirements Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, or Economics (NISM certifications preferred). 
    • Location Indore
    • Experience  25 years of experience in equity markets, wealth management, or a similar role. 
    • Team handling experience                              NA

      • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
      • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
      • Proactive in identifying client needs and market opportunities.
         Skills 1.        Strong understanding of equity markets, third party products, and investment strategies.2.        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.3.        Ability to analyse market trends and provide actionable investment insights.4.        Proficiency in using trading and CRM tools
