Job Description

Responsibilities Collaborate with leadership to define and prototype new product ideas, focusing on AI-driven solutions. Build full-stack solutions, from intuitive front-end interfaces to scalable back-end systems, using technologies like React and Node.js. Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) to develop and integrate advanced AI features. Develop and implement custom algorithms to enhance and power innovative product functionalities. Rapidly iterate on prototypes to validate concepts, ensure feasibility, and drive product development. Mentor team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning. Maintain high technical standards, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring smooth product development and deployment. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and full-stack development. Contribute to the development of technical documentation and best practices. Qualifications 6+ years of experience in software development, with demonstrated leadership experience. Expertise in full-stack development, with proficiency in React, Node.js, or similar technologies. Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and developing advanced algorithms. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.) and rapid prototyping tools. Experience with version control systems (e., Git). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to mentor and guide junior developers. Bonus Skills Experience with specific LLM frameworks and APIs (e., OpenAI, Hugging Face). Knowledge of machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) concepts. Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e., Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with serverless architectures. Contributions to open-source projects or AI research (ref:hirist.tech),
