Job Description

Requirements BE/B.Tech (or an equivalent degree) in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of 14+ years of experience in frontend engineering, with at least 5 years in the managerial role. Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing frontend engineering teams. In-depth understanding of modern frontend technologies and architectures for building highly scalable and performant web applications. Solid experience with a comprehensive frontend technology stack, including (but not limited to) : ReactJS (Next.js) with 5+ years of experience. Experience with building Single Page Applications (SPAs) and PWAs (Progressive Web Apps), server-side rendering (SSR) or static site generation (SSG) techniques. In-depth knowledge of CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap. Familiarity with TypeScript for strong type safety. Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX. Experience with UI component libraries like Material-UI or Ant Design. Experience with frontend testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress. Experience with build tools like Webpack or Parcel. Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. Preferred Skills Experience with React Native or other hybrid mobile app frameworks. Experience with GraphQL or Relay for efficient data fetching. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure (a plus). Experience with accessibility best practices (WCAG). Experience in building and scaling large-scale frontend systems. (ref:hirist.tech),
