Role - ServiceNow Business Analyst Location - Bangalore/ Hybrid Experience - 4-6 years Notice period - Upto 15 days Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst with strong expertise in ServiceNow to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, and assisting in the implementation of ServiceNow solutions for process improvement. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and ensure seamless implementation of ServiceNow features aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements related to ServiceNow processes (Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, etc.). Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve automation, workflow, and overall ServiceNow functionality. Facilitate workshops and meetings with business users to define system requirements, processes, and solutions. Develop functional specifications and user stories for ServiceNow implementations. Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for developers. Work with ServiceNow development teams to ensure proper design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow modules. Conduct gap analysis between current system processes and desired outcomes. Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets business needs and objectives. Assist in the configuration and administration of ServiceNow modules. Provide post-implementation support and assist with troubleshooting any system issues or enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with other systems and applications. Prepare training materials and deliver training sessions to end-users as needed. Create process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Qualifications and Skills: Experience: 4 to 7 years as a Business Analyst with hands-on experience working with ServiceNow (preferably in ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM modules). Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, configuration, and implementation. Experience in Agile methodologies and working within Scrum teams. Proficiency in using tools like JIRA or Confluence for tracking requirements and collaboration. Solid understanding of business process modeling and the ability to create detailed process flow diagrams. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience with ServiceNow integrations and workflows is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or any ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) is a plus.
