- Job Description: Business Analyst (Real Estate/Construction ERP) Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of construction and real estate ERP systems, with a focus on new feature enhancements and AI chatbot (agent) development. The candidate should also have expertise in documentation, UI/UX design, and proficiency in Figma for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs. Key Responsibilities: 1. ERP System Enhancement: o Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and prioritize new features and enhancements for construction/real estate ERP systems. o Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement in current systems and processes. o Develop detailed requirements, workflows, and user stories to guide the development team. 2. AI Chatbot Development: o Assist in designing and implementing AI chatbots (agents) to enhance user interaction and automation. o Collaborate with developers and data scientists to define chatbot functionalities and capabilities. o Ensure the chatbot aligns with business goals and provides a seamless user experience. 3. Documentation: o Create comprehensive and clear documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user manuals. o Maintain and update documentation to reflect system changes and enhancements. 4. UI/UX Design: o Work closely with the design and development teams to create user-friendly interfaces for ERP modules and AI chatbot integration. o Utilize Figma to develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups. o Gather and incorporate user feedback to refine and enhance UI/UX designs. 5. Stakeholder Collaboration: o Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables. o Conduct regular meetings, demos, and reviews to keep stakeholders informed and engaged. 6. Testing & Quality Assurance: o Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that the delivered features meet business requirements. o Identify and resolve issues during the testing phase to maintain high-quality deliverables. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the real estate or construction domain. Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly in construction and real estate industries. Experience with AI chatbot (agent) development and integration. Proficiency in UI/UX design with hands-on expertise in Figma. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to document complex processes and translate business needs into technical requirements. Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools. Experience working on projects involving emerging technologies like machine learning or natural language processing (NLP).
