About the role: As a Associate Director Quality Engineering, you will be responsible for Quality Engineering Presales RFP support, Capability development based on industry trends, enhancing Go To Market strategies in the QE stream, and resolving client-specific technical problem statements. Responsible for end-to-end QE program management of org initiated Solution building / POCs / Frameworks. Enable Optimized utilization of pool associates to deliver the Solutions / POCs / Frameworks and ensure continuous learning and reskilling of pool associates. Should closely work with the QE R&D team in developing or enhancing accelerators based on industry problem statements and client specifics. Provide leadership and direction to the team in the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end quality engineering, test automation architecture and framework. Responsible for overseeing the implementation of new technologies like robotics, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning. Appearing for Webinars and marketing Tiger Quality Engineering. Required Skills & Experience: Must have excellent communication and presentation skills. Must have experience in QE Practice or CoE development ways of working. Must have hands on experience in RFPs and Proposal in both exclusive QE RFPs as well as in the SDLC, RFPs covering end to phases which includes QE as well. Should have expertise in Quality Engineering capabilities in both functional and non functional. Should be able to make hiring decisions for engineers and leads. Ability to define solution approaches for the given QE problem statements. Should have experience in designing automation frameworks for ETL, Web, API, Desktop and Mobile applications. Should be able to present the solutions to clients and internal stakeholders. Should have expertise in defining roadmap and milestones for QE specific projects and proposals. Should be able to communicate the challenges and risks associated with the QE scope. Motivate, Guide , Train and Mentor the team in achieving the milestones. Go To Market Tools & strategic partnership management. Be a subject matter expert in program management of quick Solution building / POCs / Frameworks. Implementation of Standards, Processes, and Procedures necessary to produce the deliverables from the team and to work effectively with the other teams. Provide necessary governance, Implementation of Org Standards, Polices, Process and tool sets. Identification of right associates for delivering Solutions / POCs, manage priorities, budgets. Required Skills and Experience: BE in Computer Science or equivalent education/professional experience is required. Should have 15+ years of experience in Quality Engineering exclusively. Should have experience working in engineering Center of Excellence with hands-on experience in planning and delivering Solutions / POCs / Frameworks with optimal utilization of pool associates, and SMEs. Should have participated in presales / RFP efforts. Excellent analytical and organizational skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment and manage multiple projects. Can handle project status calls, share the MoM post calls, and track them to closure. Should have managed or have been part of projects, understand Fixed / T&M projects, Invoicing, Managed/attended project status calls. Implementing Training programs for Pool associates,
