- Were Hiring: Lead UI/UX Designer & Marketing Head (ESOP-Only) Join MeetX as a Founding Team Member! Im looking for two passionate individuals to join MeetX, a fast-growing social networking platform that bridges the gap between online interactions and real-world connections. We are gearing up for our full launch on Android & iOS by this months end, and I want driven professionals to help shape our product and brand. This is an ESOP-only opportunity a chance to be a core part of a high-potential startup and build long-term value as a stakeholder. --- 1 Lead UI/UX Designer (Equity-Based) Role: Own the design strategy, user experience, and overall visual identity of MeetX. Key Responsibilities: Define and enhance MeetXs UI/UX, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. Design wireframes, prototypes, and final UI elements for the app and website. Conduct user research, A/B testing, and iterate based on feedback. Collaborate with developers to bring designs to life. Ensure a cohesive brand identity across all digital touchpoints. Who Should Apply 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX design (preferably in consumer apps). Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools. Strong understanding of user psychology, design systems, and mobile-first design. Prior experience in startups or scaling consumer apps is a huge plus. --- 2 Marketing Lead (Equity-Based) Role: Lead and execute MeetXs growth, branding, and user acquisition strategy. Key Responsibilities: Build and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, paid ads, and influencer collaborations. Develop a strong brand identity and positioning for MeetX. Drive user engagement through content marketing, SEO, and community-building. Analyze marketing data to refine strategies and optimize performance. Work closely with product and tech teams to align marketing efforts. Who Should Apply 3-7 years of experience in digital marketing, growth hacking, or brand building. Hands-on experience with SEO, performance marketing, social media, and influencer outreach. Strong analytical mindsetability to measure and optimize campaign performance.
