Job Description

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Director of Engineering to lead our technical team and drive the development of our cutting-edge products. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background, exceptional leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products. Strategic Development Define, develop, and implement engineering strategies in collaboration with executive team members to achieve company goals. Manage the engineering budget and allocate resources effectively. Technical Leadership Lead DevOps and Cloud initiatives. Oversee the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including : Analysis and study of business requirements Creation of technical and functional specifications Data, interface, and process design Module and interface development Testing, integration, and implementation Team Management Lead and manage the engineering team, including responsibilities for hiring, training, and performance management. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team. Ensure the team adheres to best practices and standards. Collaboration And Planning Work closely with product management and other stakeholders to define product roadmaps and timelines. Ensure the technical feasibility of product requirements and deliverables. Technology And Innovation Stay current with technology trends and recommend new technologies and approaches to enhance the engineering process and product development. Developing and testing software applications. Debugging and resolving technical problems that arise during development and post-deployment. Producing detailed design documentation to guide development and support processes. Developing comprehensive user documentation. Project Support Independently support the entire project lifecycle, including deployment. Analyze and resolve issues in Production, Development, and UAT environments. Requirements Experience : 10-15 years of professional experience in software development. Technical Skills : Proficiency in coding is a MUST. Skills And Attributes Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Excellent organizational skills. (ref:hirist.tech),
