Whom do We Need Seeking a Product Owner with product management and agile expertise to support R&D digital strategy across Clinical, Medical, Safety, and Regulatory towers. Transform LLM-based content authoring POCs into solutions. Key Responsibilities: Drive the development and execution of AI-driven content authoring solutions within R&D towers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI researchers, engineers, and R&D stakeholders, to define product vision and roadmap. Evaluate and refine AI-based POCs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and feasibility for full-scale implementation. Develop and maintain a product strategy that integrates AI and Large Language Model (LLM)-based solutionsto enhance digital content creation. Gather and prioritize user requirements, ensuring that AI solutions meet the needs of various R&D teams. Drive stakeholder engagement and secure buy-in for AI-based product initiatives. Monitor market trends and emerging technologies in AI and LLMs to ensure innovative product development. Oversee product lifecycle management, from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvements. Work closely with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure AI solutions adhere to industry standards and guidelines. Required Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in Product Management with a focus on AI projects. Proven experience in developing and scaling AI-based digital products within an enterprise or R&D environment. Strong understanding of AI-driven content authoring tools and emerging LLM technologies. Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into business value-driven solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess technical feasibility. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive collaboration across teams. xperience working with AI/LLM-based solutions for content generation or automation. Familiarity with R&D processes and regulatory requirements in industries such as pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or healthcare.
